Burritos N Ribs Mexican Cuisine

Food was very good, tasted more like authentic Mexican food than Tex-Mex. This mexican-style reminds me of Mexican food in Tijuana, Baja, Arizona and California. Additional parking is in the back. I haven't seen what it looks like back there. I was one of the first customers that afternoon I was able to reverse my RV van 24' into a parking spot up front. This cuisine has a liquor bar they have plenty of Mexican style beers. I did not ask about American beer or ipas, perhaps next time. The staff was very friendly. Next time I am in the area I will have to get a slice of pie. Perhaps tres leche or key lime.

This place has been on my goto list for a while and I'm glad I came. Food was delicious, I ordered a TexMex burrito and queso with the chips n dip they provide. Everything tasted fresh, their house salsa was delicious and my waitress Joannie* was friendly and personable. I went with my brother and was had a great time, planning to go back for Taco Tuesday. Also added them on my Instagram which I never do. Only thing I disliked was that I waited so long to check them out. Lots of mediocre food places in the area that leave you in doubt but this place wasn't one of them.

First time coming here. We got there right when they opened. The owner( my guess) was super sweet and rest of the staff were very welcoming!! Typical chips and salsa, but their queso was on point!!! We ordered a California burrito and chimichanga, both were outstanding. The burrito was gigantic and full of flavor. I HIGHLY recommend eating here. It is a hidden gem in Troutman!!!

Awesome fresh homemade food. We order take out all the time. Rice and beans and chips and salsa. Salsa is awesome.The restaurant itself has nice decor. Good portions of food. We ate there recently. I had the ACP supreme, and my husband had chicken fajitas. We both had enough to take home for another meal. Our only complaint is that dine-in service is a bit slow. Other than that, a really great restaurant!

My wife and I just moved up from Charlotte to Troutman. We have family in the area and were already familiar with Burrito and Ribs because of the convenient location. We had no idea just how good this little resturant is! First, the staff has treated my wife, son and I like family. They immediately recognize me and ask how my son is doing when I am doing just pickup orders. Second, I have not had anything on the menu that I didnt like. The ribs are dry rubbed, so some of these reviews are perplexing to me. I love the burrito and chimichangas as well. My favorite thing is that we have been able to request a general idea of a dish and they will create autentic experiences for us that is not on the menu!! I have learned that there is a difference between guacamole and Mexican guacamole! The former is the typical blend of avacado, tomato, onion and spices, where the later is chunky with grilled onions on the side! (My favorite!). The portions are outstanding! We always have leftovers for later. They have introduced me to a beer that I had no idea id love called a Michelada. It has tajin on the rim and a straw with tajin in the beer and the beer has lime juice, assorted sauces, spices, and chili peppers. It is not as spicy as it sounds, just savory and delicious. Try it with a dark Modelo. This place as become a nearly weekly night out. I highly recommend.

Can I just say...NO EXAGGERATION this is the best Mexican food I have had in the states. From Florida...to Oregon..To North Carolina(And a bunch in between...This is the most flavorful, the best textured, Home cooked with love food I have experienced. From the singing you hear in the kitchen, to the abundance of flavor. I AM SO GLAD WE STOPPED IN. The margarita was the freshest one I have ever had. WOW. PLEASE COME HERE.
